Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Do not use the Service if prohibited by law.

2) Social casino only; no real-money gambling

• The Service is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
• No cash-out, withdrawals, or redemption for money or anything of value.
• Virtual coins/credits/items (“Virtual Currency/Items”) have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and non-redeemable.
• We do not award prizes of monetary value based on play.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security reasons.

4) Purchases (if offered)

If the Service offers paid purchases of Virtual Currency/Items, you receive a limited license to use them in the Service. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law; Virtual Currency/Items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or value.

5) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, automation, exploitation, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No harassment, hate, illegal content, or IP-infringing content.
• No selling/trading accounts or Virtual Currency/Items outside the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, graphics, and content are owned by Ivory Wombat Zone or licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

7) User-generated content (UGC)

If you submit content (e.g., chat, posts, images), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display it to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You represent you have rights to submit it. We may remove UGC at any time.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IVORY WOMBAT ZONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA/PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Dispute resolution (US)

First contact us to try to resolve issues informally. If not resolved, you and we agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, except you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Class actions and class arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law.

11) Changes & termination

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
